Responsibilites
- Provides administrative, communication, organization, reporting and financial control support to Program/Project Managers;
- Is responsible for the set up and maintenance of web pages, shared mailboxes, mail distribution lists, share drives, sharepoints and document repositories for programs/projects;
- Supports Program/Project Managers in creation of project status reports and financial forecasts required for project control;
- Supports Program/Project Managers in compliance processes;
- Supports Program/Project Managers with project financial controlling;
- Is responsible for program/ project administration.
Requirements
- MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
- Previous PMO experience in bank and hands on PMO toolsets;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English;
- Good project coordination and project planning expertise;
- Self - driven and self - starter with an attitude to make things happen.
