- Reporting:
Assisting Project and Program managers in preparation of status reports and presentations.
Hiring pipeline tracking and regular reporting.
Time tracking (timesheets), invoicing.
Maintaining Luxoft and client systems with headcount data.
Ad hoc reports development.
- Contracts:
Drafting the contractual documents, following the approval procedures
Tracking contractual information in internal systems
SLAs tracking and weekly SLA preparation on project and deal level measurable.
- Hiring:
New joiners accommodation - stakeholders notification, placing, raising all appropriate start requests, providing guidance on immediate new joiner's questions.
- Logistics:
Onsite travels and relocation planning & coordination.
Organization of trainings, courses, customer visits, team buildings.
- Routine PPM tasks
Vacation/Day Offs/Absence requests coordination.
Solving ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Meetings scheduling.
Management meetings organization, conducting meeting minutes.
Mandatory:
- Experience of working for international client is a must
- Proactivity and high level of commitment
- 3 years of experience in administrative manager / personal assistant role
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio
- Jira knowledge is a plus
Work as a PMO analyst for new program within one of the biggest accounts in Luxoft.
