For our client, leader in the SSC/BPO sector, we are looking for candidates for a position of Process Manager RTR.
Process Manager is responsible for the services performed by the teams with regard
to continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and compliance with internal control systems
and regulations.
Location: Cracow, Poland
Overall process management finance for Service Module Closing, InterCompany Financial Clearing and Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, IATA Financial Clearing and Fixed assets:
• Development, standardization and optimization of the processes,
• Implementation of the processes in scope ensuring quality with lower costs and higher productivity,
• Working on process documentation and KPIs,
• Cooperates and collaborates with other Company’s Centers in order to increase the quality and end-to-end process effectiveness.
Position Description
• Process & Product Manager for company's service module “Closing",
• Responsibility to define and coordinate (pre-) closing procedures in cooperation with closing community,
• Interface towards external accounting and balance sheet department at retained group companies,
• Process Manager for company's service module SIS IATA financial clearing,
• cooperation with the R2R process management team also at ad-hoc requests,
• practice sharing with other SSC for Process Manager R2R position for benchmarking and optimization all processes.
Runbook Implementation
• Work in Runbook Rollout and Implementation Project for whole company (Smart Close and True Reconciliation),
• responsibility for pre-studies for Runbook Roll-out for further company's clients & practice sharing with whole Runbook community.
Requirements:
• Practical knowledge of operations in R2R/P2P/O2C,
• IT affiliated with very strong SAP FI knowledge,
• SAP Runbook knowledge (in rollouts and/ or routine),
• University diploma or equivalent,
• Excellent command of all Windows applications,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• German nice to have,
• Coordination and co-operation skills,
• Analytical mind-set,
• Flexibility (International travel required up to 20%),
