For one of our client, we are currently looking for open-minded and enthusiastic Candidates for the role of:
Procurement Assistant with Swedish or Finnish or Dutch
Location: Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
- Purchase orders creation
- Monitoring and tracking deliveries
- Data management in SAP
- Taking care of the whole purchase processes
- Provide ongoing support to customers and suppliers in a delivery process including cooperation with other teams
- Contacting customers and suppliers within EMEA region
- Identify, analyze, evaluate and prioritize Customers’ and suppliers’ problems and potential complaints
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English – is a must
- Very good knowledge of Swedish or Finnish or Dutch – is a must
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience in the area of customer service or order management would be an additional asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as enjoying being part of a team
- Easiness in establishing contacts with people
