Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have experience in fund administration business? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
- Review and validate daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
- Review and sign off on financial statements
- Review and approve calculation of fees/expense caps and authorize for payment
- Manage and resolve exception breaks in reconciliation of positions and valuation of holdings
- Prepare/review quarterly Board of Trustees/Directors materials
- Perform shadow accounting of advisors book of records to official third party administrator records.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Product Control team in Kraków. The team is responsible for oversight and control of Funds and mandates, ensuring that operational standards provided by all external service providers meet all accounting/regulatory and service level agreement requirements. In this role you will work independently and also will have a chance to collaborate and interact with different internal/external teams involved in the business, including Tax Advisory, Portfolio Managers, Transfer Agent, Custodian and Auditors.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- A university degree with a major in accounting, finance or economics
- Prior exposure to Fund Administration is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment is an advantage
- A detailed understanding NAV calculation and Fund reporting requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and Bloomberg terminals.
