Our GetResponse MAX Team is looking for a new member who would focus on providing product support for our MAX and MAX² customers!
Product Support Expert
As a Product Support Expert, your job would be to:
- provide product-related assistance for customers and team members
- deliver 5-star product support for different MAX customers via email in a round-robin way
- cooperate with IT, Deliverability and Product Management teams to resolve customer cases
- proactively seek to improve internal and external product knowledge bases
You may be the perfect match if you have:
- native Polish skills and an excellent command of English (at least C1)
- previous experience in customer service
- understanding of e-mail marketing solutions and general IT knowledge
- superb written communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
Nice-to-have experience:
- knowledge of any additional language such as Spanish, German, French or Italian
- experience with SaaS applications
- experience in technical support
- knowledge of SQL, HTML, basic coding
