As a Program Project Management Analyst, you will support the rollout of the new digital platform for different markets worldwide:
- Support the rollout process of different markets and their local agencies worldwide, esp. content maintenance, technical questions
- Hold internal and external training sessions for content maintenance, web analytics, etc.
- Coordination of communication and information flows with all involved project stakeholders
- Coaching and market enabling for markets
- Finding of individual market solutions and defect management
- Coordinate work of 2 rollout managers based in Warsaw and act as a single point of contact for the team
- Fluent English, additional languages will be an advantage
- University degree, preferably in business management
- 2 or 3 years of professional experience, preferable in content management
- Ability to work independently and determine appropriate priority
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with high number of individuals across all levels in a multicultural environment
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholder
- Proven skills to coordinate issues across projects
- Openness for gaining new technical knowledge in domain of Content Management & ability to transfer knowledge effectively
- Strong personality with focus on a customer and goals achievements, analytical and focus on details
- Experience in a leadership role will be an asset
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
