Are you the ideal candidate?
Education:
- Degree in Engineering field (Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics);
- Appropriate command of English and Polish (B2).
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel;
- Strong analytical skills (data collection, compilation and analysis);
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
- Being a team player with strong oral and written communication skills;
- Presenting pro-activeness;
- Strong Customer/Client service focus.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a customer-facing New Product Development or New Product Introduction;
- Previous experience with project management;
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI);
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing tools;
- Understanding of EHS principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver daily administrative support to the Project Management team including preparation of project status reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes and other project documentation;
- Support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives by undertaking a range of project research, analysis and implementation activities;
- Ensuring the required stock level of pre-serial components by monitoring and following up component status and stock during pre-series phase with customers (external / internal);
- Ensuring that all project changes are updated in the system by regular tracking of design, components changes and their SAP implementation (change management);
- Acting as primary contact for project team(s) for design verification;
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Team on activities and tasks performed within the project scope;
- Liaise with external customers when needed, coordinate customer visits and meetings.
