About you
- you have analytical skills,
- you are very familiar with Microsoft Office tools and standard office equipment,
- you have good communication skills,
- you are well organized person and like to organize the job for others
- you have a good level of English,
- as an additional asset, you have a knowledge about real estate market and eagerness to expand it.
About the job
Working for the Property company being a part of IKEA Group in Poland, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop in this area by working with several functions (real estate, construction, retail establishment, facility), participate in the new projects and leading the communication throughout the property area.
About the assignment:
- organising and supporting the decision making processes (committees and board meetings) in relation to key functional tasks, coordinating and/or preparing the agendas, send out materials, presentations and minutes,
- coordinating reporting relative to the expansion plan e.g. regular reports, investment applications, administrative procedures,
- providing administrative support to the Property team, such as handling correspondence (especially for the real estate function), maintenance of archives, digitalization of the documents,
- maintaining and improving internal communication involving organisational matters (presentation of the projects, intranet, e-mails),
- coordinating the budgeting process for the property unit, follow-up,
- responsibility for chosen projects in the real estate or facility areas.
