The candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play an integral role in the management of Workflow and Transition Teams as well as support transitions of new Clients with global portfolios. The candidate will report directly to PS Platform Manager.
- Managing and motivating the Transition and Workflow Teams
- Participating in employees' development by coaching, delegating and constructive feedback as well as identifying areas for employees' development
- Planning of workload and resources of the team, with development of individuals to achieve this
- Building strong working relationships and promoting knowledge sharing with the various GBS teams, Managers and wider stakeholder while working on project and other activities
- Ensuring policies and procedures are valid and updated regularly where needed
- Participating in new business development activities and support sales team in designing solutions for new Clients
- Monitoring escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the PS Platform
- Monitoring the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs) for Transitions and Workflow Teams
- Ensuring proper reconciliation of transition costs
- Supporting PS Platform Manager in managing departmental budget and Enable Profitable Growth Programme
- Acting as point of contact for the transition projects between the Client, Regional Transition Manager and Delivery Teams
- Oversee and consult project plan with Regional Transition Managers
- Regular reporting on transition status including risks and suggest mitigation plan
- Deliver appropriate communications to project and delivery teams including participation in project status meetings and Client calls
- Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices
- Perform database discovery, data gap analysis and data validation at go live date
- Prepare process mapping and transition documentation including playbooks
- Preparing training sessions and handover documentation for delivery team
- Manage Portfolio Services GBS Transition Team defined for a Project and chair regular meetings with the team
- Acting as point of escalation for transition projects managed by Transition Team between the
- Warsaw Portfolio Services Transition Team Client, Regional Transition Manager and Delivery Teams
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must
- Second foreign language will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
- Highly developed analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Lease administration experience
- Presentation skills
- Proactive approach with Client and improvement focus
- Team player and fast learner
