Responsibilities:
- lead P2P team (several countries)
- ensure that SLA’s, targets are tracked and met.
- stabilize the process after transition period
- implement new tools / programs / processes
- act as a subject matter expert for team members and other teams
- provide analyses on problem resolution and supports efforts to improve overall financial results
- drive and support the team on innovation at process and workload level
- actively identify and recommend process improvements to the Operations Manager
- coach and support job related educational requirements of team members identify knowledge gaps, work pro-actively with other TLs/Manager
- encourage best practice sharing across the team and center
Requirements:
- whole P2P process knowledge will be an asset
- TL/ back-up TL experience
- motivation to face challenges, ability to motivate people and lead by example is needed.
- client facing experience is an asset. Client oriented approach is required.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- focused on proactive identifying and resolving issues
- team player
- able to work under the time and result pressure
- fluent English, additional European language will be an asset
- master's Degree (Accounting/Finance preferred)
- positive attitude
