Reconciliation Associate - Derivatives

For our Client, a global investment banking company, which is developing its Center of Excellence in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Reconciliation Associate - Derivatives.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to team members regarding derivative products including swaps, options, and OTC, as well as reviewing all operational process aspects of Listed Derivative trades and cooperation with traders and clients. Moreover, Candidate’s main tasks will include dispute resolution through close interaction with clients, experts on the desk, and other operation teams and answering all incoming requests from internal teams or clients.

A perfect Candidate has previous experience (2-3 years) in trade allocations, reconciliation or settlements for derivative products, and a good understanding of the Trade life-cycle and very good understanding of financial products(options, stocks, bonds, derivatives). Excellent command of English (min. C1 level) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or related area are also required. We are looking for Candidates with strong analytical and multi-tasking mindset.
