Your next role
We're currently looking for Group Sales & Marketing Director to be based in Warsaw, however this role includes many business travels in Poland and abroad. Group Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for managing international sales and marketing teams in terms of creating comprehensive development strategy, setting goals and standards, assuring great effectiveness of all sales and marketing activities within the group; fully accountable for the EBITDA performance of all clubs within their region, leading a team of Area Managers through tactical and strategic management, executing promptly on group-led initiatives that serve to maximise positive results, whether financial or holistic in nature.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
If you have at least 5 years of multinational experience in overall senior international leadership, most preferably at fitness chains/ sporting goods retailers/ health & fitness industry, this role is for you! We expect great understanding of sales and marketing techniques in terms of lead generation, experience in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources, as well as knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, for example meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction
We're looking for an influencer, senior manager with natural leadership skills, comfortable in very international and dynamic environment. Excellent English knowledge is necessary. It is also crucial to be passionate about sports and healthy lifestyle.
