Our client is one of the world''s leading suppliers of energy saving motors and fans. By applying advanced technology and engineering, they provide standard and custom design solutions that lower costs and preserve natural resources by being more efficient replacements to traditional motors used in refrigeration and ventilation. Due to their rapid European expansion, they are currently searching for a Regional Sales Director. In this independent position, you will take over commercial and managerial responsibility of the Polish and regional operations and drive them towards success.
- Driving sales and commercial activities in the region with a focus on Poland and intermittently on Hungary, the Czech Republic and Russia, - Creating brand awareness among key accounts and new customers, - Being responsible for sales and marketing activities among OEM clients, - Taking over full ownership of company's P&L, developing company's presence in order to gain significant market presence, - Working with other EMEA team members in creating regional development strategy.
- Master degree in Economics or Engineering, - Experience gained with sales to the OEM industry, preferably within refrigeration, - Ability to manage and build external strategic partnerships with key clients, - Strategic sales experience and a proven track record of achievement against target, - Written and spoken fluency in Polish and English Language, - Outgoing personality with excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to manage a whole business and drive towards its success.
