Opis stanowiska:
Our Client an international and prestigious consulting company, well known and stable organization looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidates for a position of Request Coordinator with German and English language.
Job description:
- Categorize incoming requests and enquiries for further processing steps and ensure proper documentation in the internal system
- Review and classify requests based on content and estimated effort; check for completeness and clarity, follow-up with requestor for clarification if needed; assess and confirm deadlines
- Assign requests to specific production resources to ensure optimal quality and timeliness of execution
- Ensure effective utilization of production resources; anticipate and resolve capacity bottlenecks in the intake and/or production environment

Wymagania:
- Academic degree in linguistics, business, administration or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills both in German and English (C1- C2)
- Initial professional experience in a German-speaking customer service
- IT literacy and experience in working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/public holidays
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Exceptional customer focus and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work and stay focused under pressure
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively
- contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and
- institutional organizational boundaries
- Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
