- Carry out research as part of a team, typically working alongside one of our managers or senior managers. As you grow in the role you will increasingly work independently, taking on responsibility for project and stakeholder analysis

- Establish relationships with your customers, developing trusted relationships where you are the point of contact for that customer. Experienced Specialists are expected to help expand Accenture Research’s reach, making new customer connections as part of our relationship-building programme
- Be an effective business operator, working to deadlines, delivering to a consistently high quality, proactively anticipating bottle-necks and barriers to success and escalating issues to team leads promptly
- Specialists will be expected to recover the cost of their time on projects by charging for their time and by meeting their recoverability targets (typically around 75-80 per cent)
- Grow the knowledge and skills of others in the team as part of your day to day project work and through your support of our Academy classes and colleges
- Contribute to the success of our team in every way, collaborating with colleagues around the world, being an active part of our local communities, having a sharing mind-set and being a positive influence on the team through every interaction
- Provide support in other activities like scoping new research proposals and writing of research work proposals
A good first degree. A post-graduate degree/qualification in a related discipline, or a business administration (MBA) – would also be advantageous. IT skills such as PowerPoint and excel are a given.
- 3-6 years’ survey research experience
- Work within a research agency or survey research department of a large organization. Experience in a team of consulting, industry or research professionals a plus
- Understanding of global market, business, technology and economics issues at large
- Some kind of strategy background or experience would also be advantageous
- Experience with full scope of survey process, including, basic scoping, questionnaire design, survey execution, data analysis and developing survey report
- Experience working with databases and using various data analysis techniques (e.g., correlation, regression, discriminate analysis, etc.)
- Experience with SPSS (e.g., creation of tabs, weighting data, significance testing, correlation an regression analysis)
- Ability to handle survey including multi-country surveys requiring translations, weighting or local considerations
- Contribution to the growth of the largest companies on the market
