The Sales Manager Industrial Microscopy NEE is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to distribution partners in the NEE Region while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share growth for the industry business within the region.
Key responsibilities

Increase the sales volume of stereomicroscopy and compound microscopy in the industry and educational segment in the NEE Region (with initial focus on PL, CZ, SK, H) in close cooperation with our distributors

Develop the distribution network within the region

Funnel management and driving growth by working directly with customers and distributors to identify opportunities, move them along the process, and take the necessary actions to increase our win rate

Manage the right resource deployment in cooperation with the distribution partners to maximize our growth in the region

Manages leads through an effective and responsive lead management process and assists in lead generation activities
-
Responsible for ensuring that trade shows and training programs are properly organized and executed upon
-
Constantly monitor distributor´s performance, organize and run business reviews, help to develop the distributor´s sales and service team
-
Ensure a high level of service quality and that distributors are compliant with national and international legal and quality standards
-
Application and product support of the products for existing and new customers
-
Forecasting and sales tracking for the region
-
Interface with the product management
-
Monitoring of the competitors´ activities
-
Reporting to the Sales Director Industry HGM and the General Manager NEE
-
Based in Poland
-
Sets pricing within agreed upon guidelines
-
Recommends changes in distribution as necessary and executes approved plans to make such changes with assistance from other functions within the company

Agreed upon growth and profitability metrics

Successful channel management
-
A master degree in engineering or equivalent in experience
-
Min. 5 years of experience in sales of industry products
-
Experience in microscopy and/or imaging is an advantage
-
Experience in holding trainings, calculating quotations and market analysis
-
Self-starter with strong communication, (re-)presentation and interpersonal skills
-
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Fluency in English and a Slavic language
-
Open to an intercultural environment
-
Willingness to international travel 75% (mainly within the region)
