For our new Business Centre in Kraków we are currently looking for:
Sales Planning and Analysis Manager
Job Purpose:
Supports EMEA revenue generation and growth, by initiating, developing and implementing innovative and effective sales programs and solutions (compensation, incentives, goal setting, performance management etc.). These focus a multi cultural Sales force on the achievement of the Company objectives, whilst positively impacting their profitability, productivity, professionalism and motivation. Leads or supports ‘Unified Global Sales Strategies’ by developing and implementing programs and solutions (commission for FSCS business, push pull supportive measure I/B selling) to support goals across operating companies and divisions and major/critical corporate customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- People Management - Uses structured processes and best practice methods to recruit, select, develop and manage the performance of a highly skilled, multi cultural Professional Team, based in different locations within EMEA.
- Forecasting - Leads the development and delivery of accurate revenue projections (all countries, all new and existing products, short and long-range) and Sales manpower forecasts that support EMEA and Corporate revenue planning and executive management decision making.
- Revenue Planning - Contributes to the development of a challenging but realistic EMEA revenue plan that encompasses multiple critical business factors and is aligned with Corporate goals. Leads assigned aspects of the planning, example variable compensation budgeting, which requires liaison with key groups within EMEA, other Divisions and the US to collate and evaluate information.
- Goal Setting - Leads the process to develop stretching but realistic sales goals for each EMEA country, product and segment/sales role, which collectively meet/ exceed the EMEA business plan. Involves using the global goal setting model to evaluate and test complex variables. Secures commitment and approval for these goals from the Sales VP team.Drives the development of innovative goals setting procedures and introduction of new dimensions.
- Compensation Design - Leads EMEA in the design and implementation of new and improved Sales incentive programs and Sales events that continually motivate the Sales force to (over) achieve targets (revenue, capacity utilization, etc.) in support of the overall Sales strategies and tactics. Includes EMEA driven initiatives, participating in global, cross-divisional projects and securing Snr Sales VP approval
- Territory Management – Advises the Sales VP Team in identifying and implementing the optimum sales territories across multiple organisations, at implementation of expansions and in leveraging efficiencies within existing territories.
- Performance Management - Leverages ongoing productivity and capabilities of the EMEA Sales Force by providing them and their Customers with effective information tools that direct and focus the sales activities (segmentation, revenue analysis of key accounts, customer and territory trends, shipping profile, destination mix, etc.).
- Alignments - Initiates and participates in alignments with key areas within EMEA and other Divisions. Collaborates to evaluate and progress opportunities and development of cross divisional strategies, tactics, tools and solutions.
- Budget and cost Control - Manages and controls the departmental budget ensuring all costs are reviewed and within agreed limits. Develops cost impact scenarios relating to variable compensation and secures Finance and/or Compensation &Benefits (International and EMEA) approval for changes (Sales goals stretch removal, bonus base change, etc.) impacting the variable Sales compensation budget.
- Technology and Systems Design – Improves quality and speed of strategic decision making in EMEA by ensuring the right Sales information systems are in place. Secures funding and/or prioritisation through business case development. Ensures EMEA business requirements are delivered in regional and corporate systems through close collaboration with MEM, by performing user acceptance testing, and securing development of enhancements.
Requirements:
We are looking for mature leader with experience in managing sales support or operations support function. Ability to see bigger picture and contribute to designing business development strategies is required. We are looking for true people leader, with excellent analytical skills and ability to understand broad business concepts and plans. Excellent English, communications skills and ability to build network and be a strong business partner are also required. Experience in designing compensations strategy for sales force will be an asset.
Successful Candidate will be offered a challenging position in rapidly growing organization, with multiple development opportunities. Hired person will be highly exposed to global Senior Stakeholders, and will be involved in decision making process related to sales planning and designing sales compensation system. The role involves managing a team of 5-10 Analysts. Competitive salary and benefit package is also part of the deal.
