SCRUM MASTER

Responsibilites
- Ensures the team follows the Agile principles and performs Scrum properly
- Plans, organizes and facilitates the various Scrum ceremonies (daily stand up, grooming, planning, retrospective, demo)
- Removes impediments that team members are facing
- Monitors project tracker (Jira) to make sure it is up to date and used correctly
- Makes sure the resources needed to carry out the job are provided to team members (accounts, access rights, etc)
- Makes sure the requirements (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) created by the Proxy Product Owner are understood by the team and estimated as well as possible
- Reports to stakeholders on the team's progress and performance at the end of the sprint
- Participates in Stream Scrum of Scrums daily
Requirements
- Experience in Agile Software Development
- Previous experience with Scrum projects
- Understanding of classic project management and SDLC
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated
- Ready to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience in large-scaled distributed projects will be a plus
- Certified ScrumMaster or Certified ICAgile Professional certification will be a plus
- Fluent English, German is a plus
