Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Works with 2-3 Scrum teams as a Scrum Master- Helps teams self-organize, self-manage, and deliver using effective Agile practices- Leads the teams' efforts in relentless improvement by helping themimprove and take responsibility for their actions- Teaches problem-solving and helps the team become better problem-solvers- Facilitates team meetings, including the daily stand-up, Sprint Planning, Team Demo, and Sprint Retrospective- Helps the team manage interpersonal conflicts and challenges- Contributes to Agile communities of practice in our center
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- 1-2 years of Proven experience as a Scrum Master - Knowledge of XP practices- Excellent verbal and written command of English- Passion for and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development practicesPreferred Skills:- Experience in working in a Scaled Agile environment- Technical background
