For an international organization for its SSC Centre because of new project being launched we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Accountant with Spanish

Workplace: Poznań
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiles and transmits weekly, bi-weekly and monthly invoices and supporting documents to customers
- Coordinates with Operations on complex invoice set up and billing requirements
- Responsible for processing cash application of invoice payments
- Responsible for posting all invoices to the General Ledger
- Coordinates with clients and Operations on invoice submission and collection activities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Very good level of Spanish
- Communicative level of English
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity/Problem Solving—being able to define, evaluate and make a judgment based on available information
- Good math skills—a numbers person
- Self-starter who can work independently without consistent guidance from management once familiar with company policies, plan designs and procedures
- Team builder and participant, flexible to the needs of the department
- Research - know how to use internet to gather information as needed
- Knowledge of necessary audit documentation
- Ability to produce accurate quality work while meeting deadlines and deliverables that can be volatile and changing
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience in accountancy, preferably in collections
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration Finance or Economics is an advantage
