We are looking for a strong and experienced professional to join our international team, who will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management: Display, Social, Video channels for various markets. He/she will play a pivotal role in helping generate revenue for the business through superior campaign execution and management of ad operations systems. The Senior Ad Ops Manager will work closely with Head of Marketing, Sales Director, creative teams as well with external partners.
- Work with sales, country managers and vendors to implement and oversee ad campaigns on site, mobile, app and email products in CEE region
- Work with different ad serving systems
- Work with DSP and DMP systems
- Work with Advanced Reporting solutions
- Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting
- Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
- Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance
- Cooperate with external companies: ad networks, ad exchanges, affiliate partners
- QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags, html5 files and other provided creatives
- Coordinate with our IT Dept. to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
- Other tasks connected with programmatic and affiliate
- At least 4 years of proven experience in ad operations, trafficking campaigns, etc.
- HTML5 & javascript basic knowledge
- Accuracy and superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to details
- Familiarity with Internet programming and debugging
- Adding, multiplying, dividing, subtracting and percentage understanding on secondary school level
- Experience or ability to work with international companies across many languages and cultures is essential
- Ability to travel to HQs and to our countries periodically
- Ability to work with teams in distributed markets and time zones
- Additional Welcome Skills & Experience
- Experience working with various DSPs, ad networks and exchanges is a must
- Strong experience in Internet technologies such as HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols
- Strong understanding of basic HTTP headers, including setting and retrieval, cache controls, etc.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Working knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.
