Senior AP Accountant with Spanish

For our Client - global leader from pharmaceutical industry, that has lately established Business Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced and ambitious Candidate on the position of Accounts Payable Specialist (Spanish Speaker).

AP Accountant will be involved in various AP and T&E processes, including posting of invoices, reconciliation of vendors and vendor master data. Additionally, on this position you will participate in month end close activities within AP area and support other team members when necessary. Moreover, while working on this position, you will secure that deadlines and assignments are executed according to SLA and the documentation of work is prepared according to work instructions. Your accountabilities will include securing correct accounting treatment in the approval flow as well as vendor and affiliate contact if required.

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting environment (in AP department), as well as excellent communication skills (very good knowledge of English and Spanish is a must). SAP experience and good Excel knowledge are highly desirable. Teamwork capability, problem solving and prioritizing skills and ability to adjust to changing environment are essential to be successful on this position.
