- Document clearly identified, defined and prioritised business requirements
- Analyse and validate business requirements, establishing traceability between requirements and application design
- Document process flows, identifying system and process components
- Produce functional design specifications
- Write test scenarios / test cases
- Configure Oracle Service Suite: case management, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), Oracle Knowledge Advanced (OKA)
- Configure additional policy automation interactive forms
- Configure reports & dashboards
- Assist with creation of new knowledge base / FAQ content
- Plan & Execute System Integration Test (SIT) & User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years functional experience performing business analyst or equivalent roles
- Experience working with HCM &/or CRM applications and processes

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
The role will be working as part of the Human Resources (HR) IT team, which is a global team responsible for managing and supporting HR applications across the Bank. The role will be working on a new project which is implementing a replacement global, cloud-based, HR Case Management and HR Portal application within the Bank. The project is sponsored by the HR Executive Committee and has high visibility due to the fact it potentially impacts every employee in the Bank. The project is aiming to transform and automate HR Operations to deliver a single entry window for all HR queries. The project will reduce operational risk, increase self-service usage, improve access to relevant HR knowledge and policies, provide greater levels of automation and reduce case lead times.
