Responsibilities:

Working within the IT Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Branches Services Centre, based in Wroclaw, Poland
Working on a wide range of Private Banking and Wealth Management banking projects on behalf of our IT departments located across the EMEA region, including London, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Russia and Dubai
Portfolio PMO/LBM activities for country-specific and regional projects
Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, specifying and managing requirements and business processes for a variety of projects and programs
Communication with the different teams and stakeholders within the company
Involvement at a regional level in a multi-cultural team
Ensuring that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across own deliverables
Ensuring the creation of adequate documentation
Organizing meetings, meeting minutes and stakeholder communication, support in MS Excel MS Powerpoint presentations
Maintenance of department SharePoint.
Support to complete daily tasks
Reporting

Requirements:

Must have:

Solid organisation skills
Can work well under pressure
Commitment to Excellence
Good English skills

Technical Skills (about 2 years of experience):

MS Excel
MS Powerpoint
MS Word
MS Outlook
SharePoint
Project Management tools and reports

Nice to have:

Financial industry knowledge is a plus
