Closely interacting with client in order to define scope, terms and deliverable, (via reasonable amount of business trips as well)
Planning, monitoring, facilitating and reporting on daily team work
Clear understanding of technical aspects of functionality in progress, its meaning to client's business, possible interdependences with 3rd-party applications.
Motivate the team to accomplish sprint\release\project goals.
Regular and clear reporting to both Luxoft and Client's stakeholders.
Set up and maintenance of strong and trustful relationship with client and mature development process within the team.
Establish and adapt on permanent basis effective SW development process, considering internal and external needs and environment.
Risk management
People management activities - performance review, feedback sessions, PDP plan creation
Involvement into recruitment process
Must:
- Project\Service management experience in IT Outsource using different approaches and practices
- Experience in working with small to medium size teams with focus on result and direct interaction with the the Client
- Good understanding of different SW development methodologies
- people management skills - ability to negotiate people needs, mentoring, resolve conflicts, motivate and build successful teams
- Leadership skills, ability to work without prodding and chasing
- Fluent English
- Ability to withstand stress
Desirable:
- Java\Oracle background (but we don't need PM who does the code.)
- Experience in core/investment banking
- Proved records in software development field, including experience in a position of developer, Team\Tech Lead
The primary objective of the project is to deliver a standardized product nomenclature and to report trades, positions, risk and PnL against these standardized products, to support the mapping of pricing and risk models to products, combined with product list and mandate authorities.
A secondary objective is to provide a common source of product reference data to support:
- Day-to-day operations, where dynamic links to approved product schedules are required;
- New product approval and new business initiatives;
- Other product dependent reporting and control activities.
The project will consider the requirements of the wider organization. This will be driven by the need to deliver a single data standard and product language, which supports cross functions control and reporting requirements.
