Position purpose
Responsible for Delivery Leadership and Customer Satisfaction, Performance, Revenue and proactive Client Management.
Senior Service Delivery Manager drives innovation and continuous improvement ensuring value creation for Client and Capgemini, supports Account Growth and proactively manages Business Controls, Risk & Compliance.
She/he develops teams and employees, promotes team work and provides employees with coaching and leader’s support.
Main accountabilities
Service Delivery:
- Ensures that Service Delivery develops ahead of Client’s expectations
- Performs negotiations with the Client on project’s financials when required
Team Management:
- Creates strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization
- Cooperates closely with India delivery team
Continuous Improvements:
- Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes across all countries subject to approval of the Client
Contract Management and Budgetary control:
- On the base of the contract manages the operational budget targets
- Settles small and large, complex problems and in doing so, strengthens the relationship with the client
Contribution to the Selling Process:
- Takes the opportunity to increase scope of services performed within the company by participation in selling process
Candidate’s profile
- Excellent track record in Service Delivery
- Excellent people management skills
- Related experience in business
- Proven record of building trusting relationship with clients
- Drive and the determination to guide each project to a successful completion
- Knowledge of Insurance industry will be an asset
- High level customer service skills
- Personal credibility and impactful leadership skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work on multiple tasks in demanding, target-oriented environment
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
