Your Team
In this role you will work in a team of 13 supply chain experts based in Poland and Eindhoven and liaise in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers, multiple distribution centers, market organizations in Europe and your team. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager for Led and Lamp Electronics Europe.
Your challenge:
We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Planner to our manufacturing plant Philips Lighting Poland Sp. z.o.o. located in Piła.
Your responsibilities:
- Planning of finished products with internal and external suppliers
- Initiating, participating in or leading different improvement projects within Logistics/Procurement of finished products (reallocation of factory flows, phasing in/out of new products)
- Managing suppliers with restrictions in capacity and component availability
- Professionalizing the logistic service portfolio and negotiate in logistic contracts
- Successful communication with the different country organizations (markets) related to the availability of finished products
- Preparing the monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle in close cooperation with markets, factories and suppliers
- Logistic data management
We are looking for:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a dynamic Supply Chain oriented position
- Experience in participating/leading improvement projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage
- Ability to team work
- Driving for results and showing enthusiasm and passion for Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical skills, being pragmatic and not afraid to make decisions individually
