Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with another European language being an asset
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in Team Leader’s / Supervisor’s role preferably in a Contact Centre environment
- Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service and sales
- Decision making skills and ability to take ownership by taking actions and deliv ering results
- Open mind and eagerness to continually develop
- A passion for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every customer
- Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not essential
- Solid computer skills
- Sound mathematical and problem solving skills
- Good sense of personal accountability
- A drive to recognize sales opportunities and capitalize on them
