Service Delivery Manager- German Speaker

Opis stanowiska:
For our client, one of the largest outsorcing centers placed in Poland we are currently looking for people ready to take a position of Service Delivery Manager- German Speaker
Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all IT delivery activities to deliver the service in accordance with contractual scope, and target levels
- Securing the cost budget/forecast and permanently reviewing cost performance identifying cost saving opportunities
- Ensuring performance against SLA’s and taking evasive action to avoid potential breaches
- Acting as an initial escalation point and “owning” all issues once escalated in the IS area and working with the other client SDMs
- Developing and maintaining a Continuous Service Improvement plan in conjunction with IT Delivery;
- Ensuring sufficient and appropriate capacity to run the service from a IT Delivery perspective
- Ensuring Change management process to minimize operational and commercial risk to the service
