Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing, social media or communication
- 2-3 years' experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience using third party tools such as Salesforce Social Studio would be an asset
- Desirable experience with YouTube
- Familiarity with Boolean search
- Knowledge of Adobe Omniture tracking
- Self-motivated, driven
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Increase company's presence across relevant social media channels
- Manage company's social media channels (including YouTube) day-to-day, coordinating with creative, editorial and TV/video teams accordingly
- Writing and delivery of social media content and campaigns in line with social strategy and broader marketing activities
- Provide regular reporting on social media performance, using data to optimise activity and enhance results
- Monitor brand reputation and competitors on social media and other networking websites and share insights
- Work with and support stakeholders across marketing, customer service, compliance, PR, sales, dealing, HR and IT globally for education
- Work closely with Paid and other media channels (display, SEO, PPC) to collaborate on bigger projects and campaigns
- Champion and act as an advocate for best practice in social media globally – continually developing own knowledge and understanding
- Develop keen understanding of compwny's business and customers, monitoring competitor activity and industry trends
- Manage relationships with external suppliers as required
