- Balance exceptional delivery for Customers on what matters engaging teams and Colleagues, with the needs of the business
- Manage Intensive care Suppliers (Intensive care letter; providing weekly Supplier Service Level report; provide/explain Intensive care Scorecard to Suppliers)
- Organize weekly meetings to discuss current issues/problems and agree on action plans and next steps with responsible person & deadlines
- Coordinate/help Supplier Implants (introducing them to relevant Tesco teams, Weekly Service Level monitoring, organize monthly/quarterly Joint Business Plan meetings etc.)
- Being an expert and often the first layer of management of people or projects
- Other optimisation work (taking part in process developments within Tesco Supply Chain, working closely with other functions etc.)
- Secondary School graduation
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- English knowledge on upper intermediate level
- Strong Communication skills
- Being proactive
- Work independently
