Supply Chain Operations Manager

You will manage the development, validation, and analysis of data to support decision making models across European Papers Supply Chain teams. You will lead root causes analysis and report findings. Develop, monitor and provide all European Papers Supply Chain reports. You will also provide back-up for Collaborative Forecasting Planner/Demand Planner in order to develop and maintain monthly demand and customers’ forecast.

You will
  • Develop tools and produce routine reporting with actionable metrics
  • Design and maintain data sets in an accurate, timely and usable manner
  • Conduct analysis to identify issues’ root causes
  • Recommend, validate and implement service improvements and process enhancements
  • Identify reporting gaps and provide solutions
  • Be able to work cross functionally with other departments including supply chain, customer service, sales, finance, etc.
  • Support various projects through supply chain department
  • Provide back-up for Collaborative Forecasting Planner/Demand Planner (manage monthly forecasting process including collaborative forecast)
Key Challenges

  • Ability to manage and complete multiple responsibilities within established timeframes
  • Cooperation with various European Papers departments
  • Coordination and support for European Sales Team & Customers in terms of demand planning
You have
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in analytical, reporting role preferably in supply chain or demand planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office; must have advanced Excel skills (knowledge of VBA as an advantage), ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications
  • Working knowledge of multiple business areas such as purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing and supply chain
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong analytical mind-set with a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve problem
