- Managing and coordinating a team of SAP Specialists (1st line support) in their day to day operations
- Ensuring high efficiency & quality of performed processes according to applicable guidelines
- Participation in projects internally and across METRO entities
- Managing day to day relationships and regular interactions with internal customers
- Ensuring proper communication with parties involved in the processes
- Experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of SAP system (nice to have: FI-CO module)
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of customer orientation
- Strong analytical thinking skills and result orientation
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Nice to have: experience in SSC/BPO and/or in an international company
- Being part of a professional and friendly team in a dynamic environment
