In this role you will support the Area Sales Manager in Poland by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information. You will have direct contact with clients and will act as interface to distributors and handling their requests.

Planning, forecasting and budgeting of sales

Providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports

Providing product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requests as well as selecting appropriate information

Monitoring and analysis of the market

Delivering and updating the KPI’s

Project planning and project management
-
Resolving order and inventory issues by investigating data and history and identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers

Resolving promotional allowance, rebate and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details as well as regular and special prices, forwarding resolution to managers
-
Forwarding samples by entering requests, arranging shipments and notifying customers

Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing reports

Preparing sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials
-
Tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing sales expenses and forwarding for reimbursement

Your basis is either a technical expertise, ideally in the field of Electronics and/or Lighting Technology combined with good economic and/or sales comprehension, alternatively economic and/or sales background with a technical understanding

In addition, you bring in first professional experience in project management, sales or sales back office, ideally in electronics or similar areas

Thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are able to build sustainable relationships with customers, internal departments and stakeholders

Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, German is an additional asset

MS Office and preferably SAP (SD, MM) knowledge
