Challenges:
• act as the primary point of contact for corporate customer at regional and global level
• recruit, manage and develop a direct-reporting staff
• monitor SLA KPI results
• provide regular reports and ad hoc reporting to customer
• participate and host conference calls or face to face meetings with supported customers
• prepare and organize regular or adhoc internal meetings / short trainings with required parties
• work closely with affiliates Project Managers and teams
• develop, share and capitalize his/her knowlegde
• contribute to the integration of new colleagues and communicate best practices
If You have/can:
• bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• min. 2 years of experience in technical project management
• knowledge and working experience of SQL language
• good communication and presentation skills
• leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others
• Excellent team management and customer service experience
• English on communicative level (written and spoken)
• CRM and pharmaceutical industry knowledge will be an asset
