Our client is looking to expand its core engineering development team in Krakow which is responsible for building a high performance, real-time analytics product, utilising the latest software and hardware technologies.

APPLICANT: The successful applicant will possess strong people leadership qualities, have several years of experience in a software development role and will be responsible for building and leading a team of highly skilled C++ developers working on core product features.
QUALIFICATION:
- Third Level Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
- Experience leading a high achieving team of Software Developers
- Excellent communicator with first class people management skills
- 10+ years software development experience.
- 5+ years experience in developing in C++ on Linux/Unix
- Experience leading a team using an Agile development methodology
- Extensive experience in analysing requirements and generating feature specifications.
- Practical experience in developing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English-language communication skills.
- Experience with high-performance multi-threaded systems, networking protocols, and/or system-level programming would be beneficial
