Tender Manager will work closely together with the Sales organisation throughout the stages of tendering processes focussing on project execution topics such as scheduling, logistic studies, contractual interfaces, etc. Tender Manager will be responsible for cost calculation for project specific topics such as on-site activities, logistics and coordination of costs calculation for project infrastructure such as roads, foundations and infrastructure. Tender Manager will conduct site surveys to check conditions of accessibility in close coordination with logistics department and will do conceptual planning and preparation of projects during the Sales phase in order to facilitate a smooth transfer into project operations.


Ideal candidate has technical background and Several years of professional experience in comparable positions incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen. Candidate should have project management experience necessary in turnkey construction projects and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Candidate has to speak fluent English and Willingness to go on business trips.
