Test Lead

Opis stanowiska:
We are looking for experienced Test Leader to work in the new, start up IT services company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning for and where appropriate management of all Loadset or Non Functional Testing (including Performance and Automation )
- Through analysis of requirements specifications and design documents use structured techniques to identify testable conditions
- Draft, revise, approve and execute Performance or Loadset test plans and scripts ensuring alignment with standards. Where appropriate communicate Test Results
- Create data, conduct tests and analyse results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and /or customer requirements
- Ensure that Performance or Loadset tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of software quality assurance strategies
- Assist with the implementation and management of QA & Test processes to support global QA Testing activities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions
- Support Senior Test Specialist / Test Manager in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA & Test organisation
- Assist with development of Test Plans, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Implementation Reviews as appropriate
- Work closely with off-shore 3rd party vendors to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements.
