Test Manager will work with Product Control and Pan CFO teams in order to verify quality of introduced changes and newly implemented features. Main duties are to perform the following activities:
- Facilitate communication between a number of teams including Project Managers, Analysts, Testers, Production Support and Developers
- Conduct status review meetings
- Create test strategies
- Prepare functional testing plans
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, verification and sign-off
- Prepare and supervise regression testing
- Participation in project review boards and project lifecycle quality reviews
- Track post go-live issues and perform statistical analysis
- Participation in post release reviews
- Submission of project opening documents and project management plans
Ensure that project complies with key CS processes and standards, e.g.:
- Global IT Solution Delivery policies
- SOX
- Applicable CS Data Management and Process policies
- Issues raised by internal or external audits.
Test Coordination:
- Assist in test planning for both CFO IT releases and integration test planning for changes by external systems
- Track status of testing.
Communication:
- Preparing QA status reports
- Regular communication with development and testing team
- Computer Science or Software Engineering BSc or higher
- Project Management skills with reporting
- Significant testing experience
- Proven QA knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good experience in process engineering and design
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of self-motivation
Nice to have:
- Experience in leading QA functions within the Financial Services industry
- Technical qualifications in testing methodologies
- Knowledge of HP Quality Centre
- Full life cycle experience, using a structured development methodology
- Experience of Structured Testing

Team is a part of a global organisation providing IT services which support the activities for a business department of 'financial guardians of the Bank's sales and trading activities.' Team works in partnership with most business areas across the Bank and form an integral part of the Bank's front to back IT divisions which deliver technical solutions necessary to achieve the Bank's business priorities.
The project was created to address the regulatory requirement for the UK entities by end 2016.
Project is managed by PM and a few business analysts in Wroclaw in collaboration with distributed stakeholders and development teams.
