Getting started.
If you complete your international graduate programme with us, you will not join only one but four financial service provider which are eagerly waiting for your support on their digitisation journey: Commerzbank and its subsidiaries mBank in Poland, comdirect in Quickborn and CommerzReal in Wiesbaden. Furthermore, you have the chance to work at our in-house digital agency Neugelb. Do you want to actively help shape the future of the banking industry? Are you interested in becoming part of creative teams and working on exciting digitisation projects – such as online and mobile banking, social media, start-ups, digitisation of the asset management PSD2/API Economy and blockchain) and many others? If so, our programme might be just the right fit for you! During your graduate programme, experienced project managers and alumni will provide the support you need. Above that, innovative trainings will continually sharpen your skills. You get the chance to build up your own network and, last but not least, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable international experience in exciting cities like New York, Singapore or London. The programme runs for 18 months and will be held in German and English.
What happens next.
Once your graduate programme is finished, you will receive a job offer and you can decide if you like to develop your career within one of the four financial service providers where you will be working in exciting digital units (private clients business, corporate customer business or information technology).
What we expect from you.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor or Masters degree and that certain “digital mindset” – think big, get things done, and yes, also know how to have fun! We want a curious and creative lateral thinker with an ability to grasp things quickly – a digital native who knows “mobile devices” like the back of their hand. Do you have plenty of ideas, are flexible and have the courage to strike new paths? Are you able to communicate confidently in English and fluent in German? Are “disrup- tion” and “cloud” also part of your vocabulary? Then your creativity and innovative power is exactly what we are looking for!
