Job Description:
- Booking invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with defined processes
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process
- Monitoring the payables, reconciling balances with suppliers including intercompany
- Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request
- Periodical and ad hoc reporting
- Very good English and French
- Excel and Word skills
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Civil contract (availability min. 30 h per week)
