As Trainee in AP Team, you will support our Clients in Accounts Payable invoicing process in their financial systems. Mostly, you will:
- Support in audit of the claims posted in accordance with client procedures, maintain proper records and audit trail of claims in query
- Raise, route and manage claim exceptions with external or internal stakeholders
- Ensure that queries related to Travel & Expense are resolved in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and AP open invoices
- Availability to work for at least 25h/week
- Very good English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Italian or Spanish would be an asset
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Paid Civil contract
