Transition Project Manager

Key responsibilities may include
- Managing small end-to-end transition projects and/or managing Workstream within medium to large projects
- Accountable for implementation of the contracted solution, across all work streams
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the Transition & Transformation Programme to schedule, cost and quality (incl. collaboration with Accenture internal teams like Solution Architects, Recruitment, HR, Technology, Workplace, Finance and Operations Delivery teams etc.)
- Management & escalation of Project-level Risks and Issues
- Implement control points and monitor any solution changes, and associated impacts
- Accountable for compliance and ongoing tracking and management with all transition controls
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams both from Clients and Accenture
- Supporting Accenture sales teams and Client visits
Qualifications:
- Project Management-related experience ideally in large multinational environment-min. 3 years
- Background in business processes in BPO or SSC environment (e.g. finance and accounting, procurement, digital marketing etc.)
- Proven experience in managing local & remote initiatives/ projects with direct exposure to Leadership/Executive level
- Fluent English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively against changing deadlines
- Flexible & comfortable with change & conflicts management
- Strong analytical skills
- Readiness to travel for up to 60% of time
