The team is made up of highly creative individuals who, together, have a wealth of experience in the creative services and sales & marketing industries amassed in the US, UK and Poland.
Web Developer

You will
- Develop and maintain innovative web, mobile & desktop applications
- Code highly efficient and scalable software
- Refactor and improve maintainability of the codebase
- Solve complex scalability, platform, and integration problems
- Learn new paradigms, languages, and libraries as you work
- Work closely with other members of the Development Team
You are
- Willing to continuously upgrade your skills to keep abreast of new evolutions in development tools and capabilities
- An excellent team player
- Able to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets
- Able to communicate directly with clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution
Your technical skills
- 4+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP (Zend Framework or Symfony preferred) and MySQL
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design Principles
- Understanding of web application development processes through all stages
- Experience in web server administration (UNIX/Apache) will be considered a plus
- Familiar with Apple platforms will be considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe editing suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
