ZADANIA
- Establishing and developing relationships with your clients
- Supporting and acquiring cooperation with strategic clients
- Negotiating the terms of cooperation and developing relationships with clients.
- Identifying client"s needs and advising on the proposed solutions
- Recruiting consultants based on client"s requirements.
- Sales and distribution of services offered by Sii
- Preparing offers and sales presentations
- Managing your team of consulting engineers.
- Responsible for quality of work and realization of sale targets
- Cooperation with other departments
WYMAGANIA
- Dynamic and ambitious person, not afraid of challenge, good team spirit, positive attitude, passion for business development
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and commercial activities in B2B
- Business development experience
- Experience in building relations with top managers
- Master Degree (preferably Master of Science in the specialization of software, telecommunications or electronics; Business or other Diploma)
- Technical background would be a major plus
- Experience in IT solutions and services is desirable
- Fluent German
- Good command of English language
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Nice and open-minded
