Accounting Administration Team Supervisor with English and Polish

Responsibilites
- Managing a team of 5 admin employees
- Acting as the first line of contact between the Client and SBU Manager
- Performing operational work including invoice indexing/system control/team performance check/reporting etc.
- Developing operating standards and makes recommendations for improvements in overall production.
- Ensuring maintenance and updates of job control language and all on-line schedules for assigned shifts, locations, etc.
- Reviewing/analyzing logs, forecasts, etc. for ways to improve weak job streams.
- Working with systems staff to coordinate non-standard activities (e.g., database maintenance, hardware maintenance, etc.).
- Monitoring backlog.
- Participating in the administration and troubleshooting of financial tracking/utilization billing.
- Initiating requests for resources and maintains contact with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Representing production control during disaster recovery exercises.
- Providing technical assistance to system users in resolving computing production control and operational problems.
- Acting as a central point of contact regarding matters affecting area of responsibility.
