For our Client, an international Leader, we are currently looking for multilingual individuals for the position of Application Management Services Consultant. Due to our Client growing business needs we are looking for:
Application Management Services Consultant with German/French/Spanish
Job description:
- Able to report promptly on SLA’s achievements, as well to make recommendations for improvements to the respective Service Level Managers
- Able to operate effectively and with minimal supervision in managing any of the key ITIL processes; Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc.
- Able to view client system environment holistically to proactively identify and resolve issues before they are able to impact end user operation or SLAs
- Participate in / lead client reviews and audits
- Detailed level of knowledge on 1 Infor application in accordance with Infor certification standards, and the ability to apply this knowledge to client business requirements.
- Understand and be able to communicate the purpose and capabilities of the extensions and tools provided by Infor Product Development in order to suggest and implement solutions to business issues.
- Identify problem trend areas and manage relationships internally and externally with appropriate people to resolve the root cause
- Investigate assigned problems through to resolution
- Assist with the handling and resolution of large issues
- Test resolutions to ensure efficiency when enabled
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Languages: Polish, excellent English and a fluent 3rd language: German, French, Spanish or Dutch
- Education or work related experience that prepares team member for client facing consulting work.
- Strong analytical skills and specific or vertical knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of office-related automation tools: PC, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
- 4 years, or equivalent knowledge/experience of concepts and principles of application, systems or technical expertise area(s), preferably within Infor’s targeted industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous software vendor experience
- Business consulting experience
- Previous software implementation experience
