The Application Security Analyst will be responsible for:
- providing support to IT information security and business process specialists during on-boarding specification phase regarding security requirements, on-boarding process / tools and related processes
- reviewing of on-boarding requests to ensure fulfilment of quality requirements, raise issues where necessary and provide support to projects in order to get the issues resolved within agreed service levels
- send reviewed requests into approval and provide support to approval instances when requested
- provide support to all parties to help resolving issues raised during approval and configuration phase
Additional duties will include:
- Production of ad-hoc and scheduled reports
- Drive / Support large scale data quality improvement programs (initiate orders, provide support, track status, provide reporting, escalation)
- Maintenance and support of on-boarding tools and documentation
- Other duties as requested
- IT or related education background
- Experience with application security and IT security
- Solid analytical capabilities
- Sound communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Ability to collaborate with different areas of the business and IT
Nice to have:
- Experience with Access Management
- Experience of IT Security Administration policies and policy implementation
- Experience of security administration processes in one or more of the following would be an advantage: Oracle, Sybase, Windows, Unix and role based access control
- Fluent German communication would be an advantage
The Application Security Analyst will be working as part of the Security IT / on-boarding organization to support the on-boarding process. This is a 4 phase process consisting of (1) "specification phase" where projects specify the authorization / access control setup, (2) "review phase" where central teams review the specification for completeness, consistency and configurability, (3) "approval phase" where IT and business responsible approve the configurations and (4) "configuration phase" where central operations teams implement the specification.
