Assistant Department Manager Main Cash Administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED EMPLOYEES FOR OUR STORE IN GDANSK AND OFFER THE FOLLOWING CAREER OPPORTUNITY: ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGER MAIN CASH ADMINISTRATION.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Joint responsibility with the department manager for the leadership of the team
- Responsibility for cash accounting including handling and entering daily proceeds
- Ensuring proper checkout procedures and working at the cash desk, if necessary
- Providing administrative support to management
- Managing customer complaints
- Taking and coordinating incoming calls
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Successful completion of a business administration qualification, preferably graduating with an A-level certificate from a university
- Proven practical experience, preferably in the retail and/or service industry
- Excellent knowledge of German and/or English language
- General business sense and numerical comprehension
- Strong customer- and service-orientation as well as strong organisational skills
- High level of commitment, initiative and a hands-on approach
